Shipping, Cancellations & Returns


All goods not requiring a design will usually be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days of your payment clearing. All goods requiring custom designs will usually be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days of payment clearing and final design approval. All our signage products are made to order and are not held in stock. During busy periods disptach times may increase to 3 - 5 working days, our current postal status is shown on our 'Postal Status' page (see menu). If any delays in send an order are expected we will contact you, the customer by using the email address you have provided to us when placing your order.

All orders over £10.00 in value are shipped free of Charge to UK Mainland addresses ONLY, we do not ship outside the United Kingdom. We do not offer a sameday dispatch service. Current shipping charges are shown when you check out, this is a nominal fee which covers postal costs only.

All our products are dispatched using Royal Mail services. Small items (under 2 kgs) are dispatched using second class signed for post. Larger Parcels (over 2 kgs) are dispatched by the Parcelforce 48 service. All goods dispatched have a barcode trackable number & will require a signature on delivery. We DO NOT send any orders untracked - this is to ensure we can trace your order during transit.

You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been sent, along with a barcode/tracking number, please make a note of this number and track your delivery using the relevant Royal Mail website.

Items can take up to 15 days to arrive, items are usually delivered within 2 - 5 days of dispatch, if your order has not arrived after 5 working days from the dispatch date please contact us and we will check delivery with the tracking/barcode number, please note if your order has not arrived after 15 working days from notification of dispatch we will either send another item to you or offer a full refund.

If your goods arrive damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for information on returning the damaged item for a replacement or a full refund.

All parcels and packets will require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery your item it will be taken to your local collection depot and you will be carded by Royal Mail to collect from your nearest depot or to arrange a re-delivery. Please note if you DO NOT collect your item it will be returned to us after 7 days, we advise that you check the progress of your order using the tracking number emailed to you on dispatch if your order has not been delivered within 5 working days. If an item is returned to us due to a non delivery or failure to collect you may be charged postage to resend your item(s).


Your right to cancel an order for goods with us starts as soon as you have place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel your order with us. Orders can then be returned up to 14 days after your cancellation instructions.

We are unable to cancel or accept returns on items we have customised for you or designed specifically for your needs based on your instructions.

Returns & Refunds:

Items with Custom Designs:

We can only give a refund for custom designed signage (signs with custom designed graphics approved by the customer from our sent artwork) when 1. We have made an error with your order that is ours and only our fault. 2. For lost signage or graphics (items lost in transit) 3. Items damaged in transit 4. Or in the unlikely event of faulty workmanship.

Stock Items:

Stock items (items that have not been subject to any custom design work) can be returned to us within 14 days from your original cancellation date for a full refund as long as the item is in 'as new condition' (the same condition as it was sent out in with no visible signs of wear and tear). Please note: A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

We cannot issue a refund for stickers or decals once they have been applied by the customer, or for artwork errors which are the customers fault (failure to check details when approving & signing off a design for production) all graphics and decals are checked for defects before dispatch and once they have left our premises we will only refund if, lost or damaged in transit or returned unused. Custom made & designed items are non-refundable once artwork has been approved. We will not issue a refund for graphics which have been applied or have been removed from their backing sheet.

We cannot offer any refunds for items lost or damaged by the customer once in their possession.

Returning items to us: 

You MUST email us at before returning any items to us, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns if you have not contacted us first & received our full instructions on returning your goods!

Please email us at & we will reply to you within 24 hours with our return instructions. All items must be returned in 'As New' condition and returned in the original packing or suitably packaged safely in a similar package, all returns must be received within 14 days from the original cancellation or delivery date, we will offer a FULL refund for returned items (including any original postage charged) We, however cannot offer a refund for any return postage you have paid to send items back to us*.

All items must be sent back to us using a registered or trackable service (Royal Mail signed for or Parcelforce48) and have a tracking number. Any items sent unregistered may not be refunded if lost in the post.  A certificate or receipt of posting will not be accepted as proof, the item MUST be returned using a trackable or registered service.

Refunding your Payment:

We will issue a refund when we have received your returned item. We will refund the cost of your item plus any original p&p costs, we cannot offer a refund on the postage you have paid to return the item to us (*we will offer a return postage refund for damaged in transit items & items with defects). We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving your returned goods in 'as new' condition. We will contact you as soon as you item has arrived & the refund issued.
